TECLITE® is an additive in powder form, designed to be used in asphalt, specifically emulsion-based cold mixes.

PROPERTIES:

  • Highly fluidifying, making it easier to prepare and work with asphalt.
  • Reduces the working temperature (to 110oC, depending on dose and asphalt characteristics). The lower temperature means energy savings, less smoke and fewer VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions.
  • Improves the finish of the road surface, providing a better quality final texture.
  • Easier preparation and set-up.
  • Improves asphalt compaction and resistance to deformation.
