OFFNOx® is a powder additive that, when applied on outdoor surfaces, can eliminate contaminating nitrogen oxides (NOx) from the air by means of photocatalytic oxidation. Nitrogen oxides are hazardous pollutants that contribute to photochemical smog, acid rain and climate change. They are one of the Greenhouse gases.
FORMULATION
OFFNOx® is made from a photocatalyst and an enhancer. This photocatalyst/enhancer combination has a synergistic effect, meaning that it can destroy more NOx than each element used separately. It is able to constantly and continuously remove NOx from the atmosphere thanks to its self-cleaning properties which prevent the catalyst deactivating.
OFFNOx® is similar to natural minerals. It is non-toxic and non-flammable, safe and inert.
USES:
OFFNOx® has been designed as an additive for outdoor surfaces. Any type of outdoor surface may be eligible for a surface application of OFFNOx®.
